- Please contact us to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to get credit for the return.
- All sales are final after 10 days.
- All products should be returned in original condition, including packaging, documentation, manuals, and materials.
Restocking Fee
Items returned within 10 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless approved by management.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item in a prompt manner, along with a call tag for the defective product(s).
